HOPA implemented a contingency food distribution in Spin Boldak District Center for affected households under Project AF01-2698. The response was completed successfully and reached all planned households. In addition to the general food basket, specialized nutritious foods were provided to eligible children and pregnant and breastfeeding women. Overall, the activity was implemented effectively, with full household coverage, no absentees, and clear evidence of integrated food and nutrition support.

The October 2025 contingency distribution in Spin Boldak District was completed successfully and achieved 100% coverage of the planned caseload. The response also included targeted nutrition support for 117 children and 58 pregnant and breastfeeding women, which strengthened the overall quality of assistance. Based on the available evidence, the activity is assessed as highly satisfactory, with the main improvement area being stronger qualitative documentation in future event reports.
