HOPA Focus Area
HOPA’s core programmatic focus spans Education, Livelihoods, Community Development, Women’s Rights, WASH, Construction, Agriculture, Microfinance, Food Distribution, and Humanitarian Response. We specialize in education projects for Out-of-School Children and Adult Women, particularly those who have faced barriers to education due to armed conflict, natural disasters, or social marginalization. HOPA is also equipped to deliver contingency responses in crisis situations, with a particular focus on returnees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and vulnerable communities. Our commitment to gender equality ensures that women, youth, and marginalized groups are empowered, actively engaged, and included in all stages of our programs, fostering inclusive and sustainable development.
Gender Equality and Inclusion
At HOPA, we are committed to promoting gender equality and empowering women and marginalized groups in all our programs. We strive to ensure that women, youth, and vulnerable populations are not only beneficiaries but also active participants in decision-making processes. By prioritizing gender inclusivity, we aim to break down social and cultural barriers, ensuring equal access to opportunities, resources, and leadership roles. This approach is central to our mission of fostering sustainable, equitable development across Afghanistan
